Shipping:  Orders are shipped via USPS first class mail and Priority. UPS will be an option within the next month. Most orders ship within 3 business days of receipt and delivery time is typically 3-7 business days past that. Special orders can take longer to ship as detailed  in an item's description.  

Shipping Charges: Here is a listing of the shipping and handling charges for USPS. Since not everyone wants to insure the safe delivery of their items, insurance is not included in the list. If you would like to insure your items, (if you do not insure them and they do not reach you or are damaged...I may work out a reduced replacement cost for you...but if the items are not insured then I have no liability nor responsibility to do anything but say, "I told ya so". Since I hate that when it is said to me...please insure your goods.) If you care to add insurance please email me before you place the order. This is the cost of shipping and handling unless otherwise noted. Many of the musical instruments have the shipping and handling listed next to the order button.
$5.00 or less = $2.95
$5.01-$50.00 = $3.95
$50.01-$100.00 = $4.95
$100.01-$200.00 = $6.95
$200.01-$400.00 = $9.95
$400.01-$600.00 = $11.95
$600.01-$1000.00 = $14.95
Over $1000.00-$16.95

International Shipping: The shopping cart is set up for domestic shipping only. So if you are international you MUST email me for shipping cost. If you do not...I will send your money back! Now that will make both of us cry!!!!

Use a shipping address convenient for you - or for someone else if your order is a gift.  It is usually not necessary for anyone to be "at home" for an item to be delivered.

Billing:  Customers' credit cards are charged when the order has been placed.  If a check is used for payment, the order will ship or the special order will be placed as soon as our bank has cleared the check.

Order Status:  Email us at any time to determine the status of an order.   It helps us if you have your confirmation number handy, however we can usually figure it out if you don't.

Backorder: Some items sell quickly. If an item is out of stock it will be marked as so as soon as possible after the last item is sold. If you want something that is out of stock just email and I will let you know when it will be received or special order it for you.

Delays:  Sometimes our web deals briefly overwhelm our suppliers.  We always try to let you know via email of any delays or backorders.  

Damages:  Please inspect your order immediately and contact us quickly if it is delivered to you damaged.

Cancellations:  Customers may cancel any stock order at any time before it ships and special orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order at no charge.

Returns and Refunds:  Any non musical, stocked item can be returned for any reason within 14 days for a full refund of its cost.  Shipping charges will be refunded if the product is defective or an error in shipping has been made. Special orders may also be returned if they are found to be defective or an error in shipping has been made.   Please receive prior authorization via phone or email before returning any special orders.

All returned items must be received in original condition and in original packaging.  Please contact us for return shipping instructions and authorization number.
